  • REFUND POLICY

 We believe that Merchandise can be mishandled during shipping, incorrectly manufactured, or may have problems when printed or burned. This is why we strictly adhere to the Return Policy which is stated here. Please read this fully to understand the procedure in which to return faulty items.
Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number attached to the item and package. This RMA number will only be given if the items meet the return requirements listed below. Items are not returnable because you don't like them, or don't understand them. This number can be obtained by contacting webmaster@beahacker.net.
 
Only the Following Items are available to be returned for credit, exchange or refund of the purchase price only, We reserve the right to charge by law 15% for restocking of the merchandise accepted for return:
 
  • Electronic Hardware found to be faulty at delivery. Once returned this equipment will be tested by our technical staff to insure it is faulty. At that time, either exchange or refund will be determined by beahacker.net. We reserve the right to refuse refund of merchandise returned as faulty when operating normally upon return.
  • Software found to be faulty upon attempt to load or view in a computer. Scratches or abuse do not make a product returnable and no refunds will be given to merchandise returned damaged or incomplete.
Items not available to be returned include:
 
  • Books: Because of the ability to read, copy or redistribute material contained in the books, no refunds are given on these items.
  • CD Software: Because of the ability to read, copy or redistribute material contained in the software, no refunds are given on these items unless they meet the criteria above in which a (RMA) number will be assigned.
ALL returns are subject to review and final authorization rests on beahacker.net. All Sales are otherwise FINAL. NO Refund is given to those individuals who cannot commit a crime using our products, IT IS NEVER OUR INTENT for this information to be used to break any laws, either local or abroad. Information sold here is for informational purposes only and the consumer is responsible for checking local and federal law for uses of such products in there area.
